Senior members of the EAG team have now met with half of the 2025 exhibitors, while a digital sentiment survey has been issued to every company that was present on the show floor.

The second phase of the programme will be completed by June, giving the organisers an analysis of how this year’s show went and feeding into the development of the 2026 show, which will be the first under the leadership of new EAG chairman Nick Harding.

Harding commented: “The 2025 edition of EAG Expo was the biggest on record occupying slightly less than 5,000sq.m of space. In tandem with the physical growth, EAG attendance rose by 23 per cent and continued an upward trajectory which has seen numbers increase by 69 per cent since 2022.

“With the addition of two new and exciting events the metrics point to a show which is in good health. However, my objective is to explore opportunities for improvement and the best way of identifying how we can meet the needs of the business is to speak with and listen to the feedback from our exhibitors.”

The expo’s investigation has shown that 14 per cent of attendees at the London show were from outside of the UK, while there was a total of 1,973 businesses represented at the event.

EAG 2026 and the co-located SIE Expo and London Casino and gaming show will be held from January 13-25, 2026, at ExCeL London.
