Following the success of last year's seminar programme, EAG Expo will again host a series of free seminars by leading industry contributors Frank Seninsky and Michael Getlan.
Taking place on January 25 and 26, 2011, the seminars will address current issues and offer valuable information and tips on how operators can maximise the success and profits of their organisation.
Frank Seninsky has over 40 years of operating experience and will present 10 Critical Steps in Designing and Laying Out a Game Zone. The session will walk you through the design process step-by-step, answering questions and giving vital advice on how to place games and attractions within an arcade or FEC to maximise both customer satisfaction and business profitability. This will be held at 10.30am on the 25th and 3pm on the 26th.
Michael Getlan is a third generation operator and avid game player with a unique perspective on the operational side of the family entertainment centre business. He will present two sessions. Tuesday at 3pm, Redemption 2.0 will review the latest developments in redemption and show you how to "turn up the volume" in your operation. Wednesday 10.30am will be Training Employees to Provide the Best Customer Service. Michael, a firm believer that well trained staff are the secret to customer satisfaction and high visitor returns, will describe the process for creating a training programme unique to your facility.
These free seminars will take place in a purpose-built facility within the ExCel exhibition hall so they are very convenient and a fantastic opportunity to share the ideas and experience of experts who have operated successfully in our industry for many years.
