Dubai Sports City, the world's first integrated sports city, is to offer more than 3.8m square feet of retail space, which will include an FEC, when it opens.
In addition to major retail areas, events, promotion and specialty leasing opportunities will also be available within the stadia and public areas.
"With careful planning, we are positioning retail centres in prime locations, enabling our residents to easily reach shopping and entertainment areas, which will help to maximise footfall for our retailers," a company spokesperson said.
