Spanish company Digital Centre is taking the humble photo booth further forward into Europe by adding an element of fun to the booths with its new software.

The booth is available in various colourways and themes, one of them being Fashion ID, a new concept, which allows customers to change hairstyles, frames and so on as well as adding captions to the images.

As the software develops, it is hoped that more options will become available to the operator.

Josep Tarres, export manager, told InterGame: "We are looking to focus on renting the booths to event and party organisers as they can be branded in any way the customer may wish and will add something fun and different to an event.

"The machines have new functions to make life easier for the operator and customer including the facility to send the photographs and information via email as well as storing it on a USB stick, which means operators are also able to operate a large quantity of machines."

Tarres also noted that the Middle East and US are proving to be particularly successful markets for the company.

The US in particular has become the company’s strongest market, with high numbers of machines being sold, and it is hoped this success will be repeated in Europe.
