Bruce Davis has taken over as managing director and chief operating officer of the LAI Group, the major operator of arcades and manufacturer of novelty amusement games.
Mr Davis has 10 years’ experience with McDonald’s and four years with Coca-Cola in senior management roles.
LAI has a string of TimeZone arcades across Australia and in recent years has developed a larger chain of TimeZones across south-east Asia. It has also become a machine manufacturer, designing, developing and manufacturing instant-vend novelty games, and amusement devices, from a factory based in Indonesia.
The company chairman, Malcolm Steinberg, is a familiar figure on the international coin machine trade show circuit.
