The new Crown Technologies AWP for the German market is named Admiral Crown, a slant-top double cabinet containing up to 25 games.
The product was launched last week at a private showing in Hamburg to the German industry.
Crown is the former Bergmann company, which was recently acquired by the Novomatic group of Austria.
Novomatic now owns two of the contenders for the German AWP business, with its ownership of Löwen.
Like the successful Löwen multigame Novo-Line, Crown’s new multigame machine will only be leased, not sold. And another Novomatic AWP manufacturer, Astra of the UK, is planning to release three wall-mounted AWPs and one multigame model for Germany.
