Claw Castle Arcade has opened in Jasper, Alabama, US, inside a shopping mall.

Ran by husband-and-wife duo Anthony Hastings and Rena Hastings, the arcade only contains crane games, which they believe to be the first of its kind in the state.
The arcade operates on a token system, each costing US$1 and giving guests one play on any machine.
Anthony Hastings described the crane games as very winnable, in part due to the rent being very favourable, which means that they can program the cranes to have a stronger grip.
Claw Castle Arcade aims to rotate in one or two new products each week to keep the arcade fresh and is also looking into a deal with a local company that would see a pet crane machine with a specialised line of pet toys inside. Hastings said that a good portion of that game’s sales would go to no-kill shelters.
While already operational, the arcade will host a grand opening on March 29 and will feature a variety of giveaways and free gameplay.
