Developer of immersive attractions, Conductr, has been named as one of the best places to work in the UK.

Conductr

It scored 98 per cent in the Great Place to Work accreditation, compared with 54 per cent at the average UK-based company.

Conductr now employs 78 people and is known for its immersive experiences and entertainment attractions.

The Great Place to Work result highlights that 100 per cent of those surveyed say they feel that they’re trated fairly and that they care about each other.

Jos van der Steen, COO and co-founder of Conductr, said: “We’re scaling fast, but we’ve been intentional about how we do it. You can’t build complex, cutting-edge experiences without trust, clarity and a team that genuinely wants to be here. Culture isn’t a nice-to-have - it’s infrastructure. This accreditation just confirms what we already knew: the way we work works.”

It is a boost for the company’s head of people, Katie Best, who implemented her own framework designed to encourage growth and improve motivation.

Best said: “We didn’t want culture to be a poster on the wall - we wanted it to be something people feel in the day-to-day. These small moments of care and curiosity are what create a space where people can do their best work.”
