The web-based monitoring system will begin shipping at next month’s Orlando showcase.

Having scooped an innovation award at last year’s show, IAAPA 2012 will see Coast to Coast bring its real-time monitoring system to the market for the first time.
Coast to Coast’s Jimmy Chaps said: “Our system will monitor any game on an operator's route and send alerts to their smartphone and/or computer. This system will help operators know exactly what is happening on their route in real time."
The Stage 2 system offers operators real-time information relating to servicing and faults, sending out alerts for coin jams. Coast to Coast claim the system will allow operators to better serve locations, making more money and working more efficiently.
John Maurer said: "One cool function of the Stage 2 system is that if you have locations hours away from your office you can see what you need to bring to service the account or if you even need to make the trip, thus saving you more money."
