The Cinemark Theatres location in Merriam, Kansas City, US, is to add bowling, laser tag and more, with the remodelled complex called Gamescape by Cinemark.
The Dallas-based chain plans to remove nine theatres and replace them with an entertainment centre featuring laser tag, an 18-lane bowling alley, arcade, ropes course and event space.
The company also plans to restructure the lobby to include a bar and restaurant.
The complex will retain a 10-screen multiplex cinema.
