Bandai Namco’s resort amusements manager, Harriet Rawlins, spoke to Steven Carson for InterGame about operating an arcade.

WHEN it comes to thinking about fun and entertainment, it is likely Bandai Namco is not far from the minds of many. Not only does the creator of Pac-Man, among many other world famous intellectual properties, put out video games that can be found resting atop game consoles and at home inside family entertainment centres, it also has a chain of physical operator venues called Namco Funscape.
It has locations throughout the United Kingdom – in Manchester, Norwich, Braintree, Gateshead, Romford and Tamworth. As of 2014, Bandai Namco also became partners with Bourne Leisure and currently operates 14 of the company’s resorts and parks. That brings us to the subject of this feature interview: the Haven Church Farm Holiday Park in West Sussex.
