When the Dutch Government declare a smoking ban in cafes, bars, restaurants and arcades in June, it apparently won't affect those who smoke cannabis.

Smoking bans are usually very bad news for coin machines. The rules, however, apparently insist that the cigarettes smoked must be 100 per cent cannabis and have no tobacco content.

How that is supposed to be established, no one at this time can suggest.
