We would like to run a correction to the Bell-Fruit redundancies story.
Following a conversation with John Austin this morning InterGame/ Coin-op Community would like to confirm that Bell-Fruit is in consultation over redundancies with 55 employees but they are all at Bell-Fruit Games and none of the Mazooma staff is affected. Mazooma moved to Lenton two years ago.
“This situation is very regrettable - the staff at Bell-Fruit have all done a sterling job and our market share has never been higher. However, the total market has reduced to such an extent that we have had to cut our cloth accordingly.”
