ARE, the Amusement & Retail Entertainment Expo, is set for The Cotton Sheds, April 29-30, and its organiser, Karen Cooke, told us that she had worked with CHIPS’  Linda Lindsay (pictured) for many years.

“We are happy to be able to support her work through fundraising at the first ARE.”

Lindsay, who is co-founder and a trustee of CHIPS, said: “There are so many wonderful youngsters all over the country who need our help to become independently mobile.

"We hope that with the support of this fantastic industry we can give more deserving children the opportunity to gain freedom and independence through mobility.”

Karen Cooke has invited her exhibitors and attendees to take part in fun competitions throughout the show to raise funds for the charity.
