The latest site based on the popular game Angry Birds has been opened by Namco in the form of a mini-golf attraction in Gateshead Metrocentre shopping mall, UK.

The 36-hole, 18,000sq.ft Angry Birds Adventure Golf stretches across two floors of the building. It is the first of a series of similar attractions planned by the company.
Ana Pinto, UK marketing manager for Namco, said: “Angry Birds Adventure Golf is a completely new and untested concept here in the UK but because the game has become a global phenomenon with billions of fans around the world, we are expecting a hugely positive response.”
Its booking system was installed by MP Digital. The company’s founding director, David Maran, said: “As a small business, to land such a high-profile project from such a huge client was a big coup for us.”
