A new FEC with a number of different attractions has opened in Adelaide, South Australia.

Timezone

Timezone and Zone Bowling are both part of the new venue at Westfield Tea Tree Plaza following its opening on June 15. It is a refurb of the original Timezone venue, which is now six times bigger.

Inside, guests can play 110 different arcade games, including Japanese rhythm favourite Mai Mai, as well as bumper cars and three party rooms. A Winners Vault prize room will allow players to redeem their tickets for prizes.

There will also be 12 lanes of tenpin bowling, as well as a laser tag arena that can host 24 players.

Following play, guests can visit the on-site café, which features a range of F&B. The first 200 guests on opening day received a free plush.

Kane Fong, general manager of Timezone and Zone Bowling Australia, said: “The overwhelming success of the original Timezone Tea Tree Plaza venue has made it clear that the community of Adelaide demands fun, accessible experiences, so we’re turning up the entertainment dial to 11.

“This new dual-branded Timezone and Zone Bowling is perfectly positioned to become the go-to entertainment spot for families and friends seeking thrills in Adelaide and we can’t wait to welcome them to this impressive new space.”
