Jérôme Sermeze has been planning the project for more than four years and construction is set to begin in September.

The venue will span around 7,600sq.m and has a budget of €12m to transform the site, which is currently wasteland according to Savoie News.

Around 350m of track will be allocated for the go karts. Alongside it, there will be a 500sq.m trampoline park, a 400sq.m laser tag arena and a 500sq.m children’s playground.

On the upper floors, there will be 22 lanes of bowling, an arcade room and an action game. F&B will also be served in a central bar.

It is hoped that the venue will be open by the end of 2025.
