The Beachouse family entertainment centre near Adelaide, Australia, has become the latest location to choose Semnox’s Parafait cashless debit card system.

With the location featuring over 100 game machines and rides, Semnox has installed 120 readers, six self-service kiosks and six POS terminals to help manage its day-to-day operations.

“Many would consider it a bold move to change systems that we had worked with and on for eight years with some 1.2 million cards out there,” said Beachouse’s Matt Hodge. “We are happy we did and it was very easy to train staff on the new system as it is logical and straight forward. It just makes sense. So when you are training staff (some as young as 14 years old) this is important.”

“Beachouse was certainly a big challenge for us especially when they have used another system for close to eight years,” said Kiran Karanki, director of Semnox. “Parafait was competent to exactly fit their bill and their users, with very little training were able to adapt to the Parafait system quickly.

“We welcome Beachouse to our expanding client base and look forward to working with them.”
