Thomas Dodds discovers how smaller attractions are helping to scale up the fun in size-limited venues.

Entertainment often comes on a large scale in this industry. Venues with large financial backing incorporate a plethora of attractions into one space. This is most commonly associated with large franchises or chains that can sometimes have upwards of 50,000sq.ft of floor space to play with. However, that doesn’t mean that they should have all the fun.
Space comes at a premium for many entertainment locations across the world, with each smaller venue having its own set of challenges. Itsy-bit arcade, a micro arcade in Texas, US, has the floor space for one or two of each kind of game, but would never have the space required to install the latest VR games, for example.
