A man in the UK is set to appear at Birmingham Magistrates Court later this month charged with allegedly providing facilities for gambling and advertising unlicensed gambling.
It is alleged that Haydon Simcock, 39, of Weston Coyney, Stoke-on-Trent, ran an illegal gambling operation without a licence between October 2023 and September 2024.
Simcock was arrested in September 2024 as part of an investigation led by Great Britain’s Gambling Commission and supported by Staffordshire Police.
He will appear in court on Monday, March 24.
