Scott Saunders, group chief risk officer at The Star Entertainment, has handed in. his resignation.
He will continue in his role until January 31, 2025 to ensure an orderly and smooth transition to his successor, once appointed.
Saunders will also cease to be a director of all relevant subsidiary company boards from the Effective Date.
“I want to thank Scott for his dedication and commitment to The Star during a difficult and transformative period and wish him well in his future endeavours,” said acting group chief executive officer of The Star, Neale O’Connell.
A search for a new group chief risk officer of The Star will commence shortly.
