Sports wagering gross revenue for casinos, racetracks and their partners in New Jersey, US, saw a significant decrease of 28.4 per cent year-on-year to US$122.2m for January 2025.
The total gaming revenue was $553.9m for the month, a year-on-year decrease of 0.9 per cent from $558.7m in January 2024. Total gross revenue taxes were $62.1m.
The revenue from both casino hotels and from internet gaming both showed year-on-year growth, however, with the former reaching £210.1m - an increase of 2.6 per cent from $204.7m – and the latter reaching $221.6m – an increase of 20.9 per cent from $183.3m.
