Total gaming revenue across land-based and online verticals in Massachusetts, US, was flat year-on-year in March.

The Massachusetts Gaming Commission said sports betting across land-based and online, as well as land-based casino gaming, generated US$157.2m in revenue in March. Month-on-month, the figure fell 1.1 per cent from $158.97m in February.

Total sports betting revenue across both verticals in The Bay State rose 12.7 per cent year-on-year to $52.1m but fell 20.5 per cent month-on-month from $65.6m.

Total casino revenue across slots and table games was $105.1m, down 5.4 per cent year-on-year from $111.1m in March 2024, but up 12.5 per cent from February 2025’s $93.4m.

A total of $40.7m in taxes was generated from that revenue, flat year-on-year and up 2.6 per cent from February’s $39.6m.
