Having already been installed at its sister casino, the NovoVision casino management system has gone live at Casino Estoril in Cascais, Portugal.
It was implemented with a suite of functionalities, enhancing business processes as well as the player journey with tools for NV core, access, pay, promo, smart, tables and more.
The brand-new NovoVision self-registration terminals facilitate fast player access to the gaming floor while maintaining the high security standards. To enter the casino floors, players can either agree to a biometric registration via fingerprint or facial scan with card, or will receive a one-off QR code ticket that entitles them to pass the NV access gates.
Most of the live tables have been retrofitted with facial recognition equipment and all EGMs have been equipped with NovoVision Player Tracking Modules.
