Gaming revenues in Macau were in line with expectations in November, rising 7.9 per cent to $3.12bn.

For the year so far, revenues have risen by 13 per cent and Felicia Hendrix of Barclays estimates second-half growth totaling 6.2 per cent compared with 40.2 per cent growth in the second half of 2011.
John Kempf of RBC Capital said China’s manufacturing PMI, which has a high correlation to Macau gaming revenues, rose to 50.6 points. Kempf expects comparisons in December to be tough, as hold was 3.2 per cent last year, and forecasts three to five per cent growth.
