The Malawi Gaming Board has invited applications for new casino licences in the country.

In a request for proposals, the board lays out the criteria for evaluating applications. Malawi currently has casinos principally in its capital Lilongwe and in Blantyre.
The south-eastern African country has had legalised casinos since 1996 and is now planning to offer more licences. The MGB is asking all interested parites to express their interest in writing by September 16, 2016.
