Light & Wonder's Q2 gaming revenue increased 14 per cent year-on-year, primarily driven by global gaming machine sales growth of 32 per cent.

Gaming operations revenue was up five per cent year-on-year, led by record expansion in North America premium installed base, reflective of stronger demand and driving higher revenue per day.
The company achieved robust growth in international gaming machine sales, notably in Asia as well as Australia, where it maintained number one ship share.
Systems revenue increased 14 per cent ,driven by increased hardware sales and a software licensing deal with an operator partner in Asia.
AEBITDA increased 17 per cent, primarily driven by revenue growth and AEBITDA margin was 50 per cent, a year-on-year increase of 100 bps on realised business optimisation efforts in the quarter.
The company reported a streamlined business and healthy balance sheet, "unmatched" global market positions and cross-platform capabilities.
There was a "focus on operational excellence driving enhanced shareholder value by a leading global games and platform provider with all the major pieces in place."
