Robert L Johnson's Caribbean Cage is to invest in the Hard Rock Casino at Aquaduct Racetrack project in the state of New York, US.
The proposed project, under review by the state’s authorities, is expected to generate more than $525m in revenue to the state annually. It is expected to include 4,500 video lottery terminals and a variety of Hard Rock-branded entertainment offerings.
"This is a great opportunity to partner with Hard Rock - one of the world’s most recognised brands," said Johnson. "My background in entertainment, marketing and media makes this a perfect match.
"This is the first of what I hope to be many future projects with Hard Rock International."
