IGS enjoyed a successful ENADA show in Rome last month, with a number of local distributors exhibiting its Comma 6a games.

According to Italy’s new regulations, all old Comma 6 games are required to be replaced with new Comma 6a machines and, as IGS noted, this year’s show featured more games than ever before.

“Every game maker tried to catch this opportunity to demonstrate new games in order to achieve more sales before the end of 2009,” IGS said.

The company’s titles on display at the expo included Agent Max, Far West, Gone Fishing and Cha Cha Cha, all of which proved popular with visitors. One of the company’s distributors designed a new 52ins display specifically for its games.
IGS has already sold more than 100,000 units since the new Comma 6a regulations were introduced in June, 2008.

“Thanks to IGS sales manager Nicole Kao’s marketing strategy, its R&D department’s long-term development and the good selling power of local agent EVG’s CEO Paolo Leonardo Di Nunno, IGS and EVG made tremendous achievements during these past two years,” IGS said. “2009 is definitely IGS’ most successful year for the Italian market.”
