The new partnership will offer instant access to both promotional coupons and jackpot payout documents directly at the gaming machine, linked to real-time game play.
The deal sees FutureLogic’s GEN2 Universal/GEN3 Evolution dual-port printers and PromoNet promotional couponing solution integrated with Resort Advantage’s mobile jackpot payout processing solution, Slots Jackpot Accelerator.
The combination will reduce the manual effort required by floor, cage and compliance staff to process jackpot payouts, improving the process for player and operator.
FutureLogic’s Nick Micalizzi said: “Casino operators will now be able to instantly recognise and reward jackpot winners and other high-value players at the game and provide the necessary documentation to keep players playing, enhancing their experience and encouraging a return visit to the casino.”
