The Agilysys point-of-sale technology has been installed at Foxwoods, the world’s largest casino.
The solutions that aim to provide more personalised interactions to hotel visitors have been supplied to the Connecticut, US casino by Agilysys Inc.
It is an upgrade for the venue, taking in its F&B operations to join with the POS software solutions.
Agilysys is the provider of the SaaS hospitality software solutions and services, that, it is aimed, will upgrade guests’ experience and that of the staff.
Foxwoods covers nine million square feet and has six casinos in one location, 2,200 guest rooms, an outlet mall, golf course, spas and restaurants.
