Evostar, the new Merkur Gaming cabinet, will make its debut at the G2E trade show in Las Vegas at the end of this month (September 27-29).

The cabinet is hailed by the Gauselmann Group as an "evolutionary advance" on the same lines as its Avantgarde slant top and Merkurstar, the machines which were successes at the ICE shows in London last year and earlier this year.

No photograph is being issued of Evostar in advance of its launch on the company’s increased-size booth at G2E. The cabinet is being kept under wraps, but it is described as "a unique hybrid service-friendly upright with the added player comfort factor of a slant top player position."

Merkur Gaming Americas CEO, Charles Hiten, will use the Vegas event to introduce the new general managers for the company in Colombia and Mexico and other key members of staff.
