Shortly after the company’s initial installation in Armenia, Euro Games Technology has announced another major intercontinental breakthrough.
The Bulgaria-based gaming machines manufacturer has established a new international office in Tanzania, East Africa. EGT has also reported numerous machine installations throughout the country.
Africa has a fast-growing gaming industry and it is believed that it will become a major gaming market in the future. EGT’s presence on the continent enables it to be near to its customers and to provide maximum service and support. The office is situated in the country’s business capital, Dar es Salaam.
“EGT customers are delighted to know that now we are close to them and are always ready to assist them in any way,” said Boyko Boev, director of EGT Africa. “We also provide technical support which contributes further to the convenience and comfort of our partners here in Tanzania.”
EGT games were recently installed in some of the major gaming halls in Dar es Salaam. The company has a successful partnership with Lotus Valley, an operator with numerous gaming halls and casinos.
“The customers’ enthusiasm about our products has been so great that we have started procedures to install a great variety of EGT gaming machines - the Vega R8 Roulette, the Cat 4 Cash multi-level progressive jackpot system, the Premier Series multigame mixes and the Exciter II platform, as well as machines and software from the Vega Vision Series,” said Boev.
“We have already received a number of requests for our products from the most influential casino operators in the country including, among others, Le Grande Casino, Sea Cliff and New Africa. As a result, EGT plans a lot of new installations in Kenya, South Africa and Tanzania.
“I predict an extremely successful future for EGT in the African gaming market. We are expanding fast and soon we shall also be present in other countries on the continent like Congo, Ghana, Central Africa, Angola, Equatorial Guinea, Uganda and many more.”
