EELEX 2006 has opened in Moscow, and all the big hitters are here. Two rumours in particular are sweeping the exhibition halls, however.

Some industry sources claim that EELEX organisers Unicum will move the show to the summer next year, in direct opposition to the World of Games show, which will be in its third year in 2007.

Additionally, it is possible that an announcement on the new gaming laws that have been long-awaited in Russia could be made at the show this week.
