Latvian casino games manufacturer DLV returned to SAGSE with a much larger booth this year, demonstrating its commitment to growing its business in the international market.

“During the last year we have opened a company in Peru – DLV Peru – and this market is definitely creating a lot of opportunities,” Mihail Volokotkin, chairman of the board, told InterGaming at this year’s SAGSE Buenos Aires expo in Argentina. “We now have certified products in Peru where we have worked together with BMM.”
DLV is extending its reach throughout Latin America, recently starting work in Mexico through the opening of its subsidiary there, DLV Mexico.
“We are please to see that our products are being well received by players here without customers needing to take a long period of time to adjust to them,” said Volokotkin. “We are now also taking our equipment to Belize and we have been surprised by how good the results have been so far.”
The company was showcasing its Diamond Games premium multigame content and new cabinets and jackpot programs. It is aiming to install its products in venues of all sizes, from large casinos to small gaming halls. Moving forward, the company is adapting its content to appeal to local players through new features and Spanish language options.
“The partners we work with help us to show our products here in this market,” Volokotkin explained. “We are from Europe and there is a different way of doing business here – our partners understand the local mentality and in order to grow the business here we must work with them.”
