The largest manufacturer of bingo tickets and charity gaming products in the UK, Cowells Arrow, has purchased Spin2Win.
Spin2Win is a major distributor of gaming and leisure equipment to working men’s clubs and pub markets in Northern England.
This represents Cowells’ third acquisition in recent times. Two years ago Cowells Arrow bought automatic Machine Services and earlier this year the company acquired I&J Leisure. Cowells introduced its B3A machine into the UK market this year through those acquisitions.
Spin2Win’s Paul Smith will remain in a consultancy role throughout the process of merging the businesses, said Cowells.
