Coljuegos, the gambling regulator of Colombia, has published draft terms and conditions for Keno, which the country is set to regulate.

Marco Emilio Hincapié, president of Coljuegos, said that the draft specifications will be open to those interested in participating in the bidding process and can comment on the process.
"Our goal is for this process to be characterised by transparency and a plurality of bidders. We hope that Keno will become, in the medium term, one of Colombians' favourite games and, at the same time, allow us to increase resources for healthcare," Hincapié said.
The project establishes that Keno will be licensed in four regions of the country for a period of five years.
Keno is a game of chance in which players select 10 numbers between 01 and 80 and compare them with the results of 20 tickets drawn by a Random Number Generator in each draw. Prizes are paid out based on the number of numbers matched by the player.
