Chukchansi Gold Resort and Casino has chosen to upgrade its Scientific Games casino management system, as well as add a suite of marketing and customer service applications and devices.

B.J. Martin, general manager of Chukchansi Gold, said: "We have been extremely pleased with the performance of our Scientific Games system, which has enabled us to operate our casino floor of 1,750 slot machines and 36 table games with a high level of efficiency and profitability.

"In addition to the upgrades, we have also chosen to enhance our system with Scientific Games' proven marketing and customer service-focused applications that will enable us to engage and interact with our customers in new, creative ways and strengthen our ability to provide a first-class customer service experience."

Enhancements include the installation of Scientific Games' iView 4 technology into the location’s slot machines. iView 4 is Scientific Games' player interface display, which enables the casino to display dynamic marketing animations and video with instant response through a multi-touch display, increasing player engagement and interaction.

In order to take full advantage of this new customer interface system, the Elite Bonusing Suite is also being installed. EBS is a group of marketing applications that will enable Chukchansi Gold to automate promotions and player loyalty programmes, launch new floor-level interactive promotions, and reward players at the point of play via the iView 4.

The upgrade also comprises SG’s Servizio Mobile Service Solution, which enables casino personnel to perform a number of customer service tasks, such as jackpot processing and player registration.
