Summit Ascent Holdings has announced that Craig Robertson Ballantyne has tendered his resignation as the chief operating officer - Russian operations.
Ballantyne will join Melco International Development after completing the handover of his current duties and responsibilities in the next few weeks. He confirmed that he had no disagreement with Summit during his term of office as COO.
The company expressed its “incere gratitude” to Ballantyne for his “outstanding job” of setting up and managing Tigre de Cristal, the company’s property in the Russian far east.
Stylianos Tsifetakis will be appointed as acting chief operating officer - Russian operations. He is currently the deputy to Ballantyne at Tigre de Cristal. Tsifetakis has over 20 years of experience in the casino and hospitality industry.
