Three new Tilt Studio locations are opening in the US Pacific island state during the next four weeks, as part of owner Nickels and Dimes’ expansion plans. The group has a preference for Embed for its point of sale and redemption centre management systems.

Two of the new stores are in Alea, in Pearlridge, the second largest shopping centre in Hawaii, and the third is in Prince Khulo Plaza, in Hilo. It brings the number of Embed installations for the Nickels and Dimes group to 13.

The Tilt Studio brand is the up-market FEC range of locations and the Hawaiian venues contain arcade games and other attractions, including mini-bowling, backlight mini-golf and laser tag. There are 30 Tilt Studio FECs in the Nickels and Dimes portfolio, stretching across the US.

Kevin Jordan, senior vice president of operations for the group, said: “We have partnered with Embed for many years and we value the long-term relationship we have with therm. Their system is reliable, their installations go smoothly and they are willing to be flexible to meet our needs. There is no other company that we trust to handle a project of the magnitude of our new Hawaiian locations.”
