Grosvenor Casinos is investing £3.4m into refurbishing its casino located on Maid Marian Way in Nottingham, UK.

The work is set to be complete in March. As part of the refurbishment, there will be an improved slots area with integrated VIP machines in the main casino, plus five new gaming tables to increase the variety of games on offer.

In addition, there will be a new bar area and sports lounge with VIP seating including a large stage and a 100ins TV.

As well as a wide range of improvements, the investment into the casino will create a number of jobs for the local community, increasing its existing 114-strong team by up to 20 per cent.

Daren Brain, general manager of Grosvenor Casino Nottingham, said: “We can’t wait to unveil the fantastic new facilities that will be on offer to Nottingham as a result of this refurbishment.  We really are creating a must-see gaming and leisure destination for the people of Nottingham.

"Not only will this investment allow us to provide an exceptional gaming experience for both new and existing customers but it will also create important job opportunities for the local community.”
