Karma, which is based in Nova Scotia, Canada, raised C$5m through a funding round in 2013, with backers including the former president of Electronic Arts and the former CTO at Groupon.

The company offers a range of online and mobile lottery games, developing successful Prizeplay, Instant and Instant+ titles such as Spellbound, El Loot Chador! and Haunted Hotel.

Odobo’s Rob Smith said, “[These] games demonstrate the kind of regulated gaming creativity that Odobo is hungry for.”

Paul LeBlanc, CEO at Karma Gaming, added: “The Odobo Developer Program offers a modern and sophisticated solution for games distribution.

“By opting in, we are significantly expanding the potential reach of our games within the regulated global gaming market.”
