TO RECEIVE OUR FREE PUBLICATIONS

When you subscribe online to our free publications we ask for a name, email and sector so we ensure you receive our publications and the news that is most relevant to you. There is an option to add further details online at your discretion. If you have passed our team a business card to subscribe we will hold the information provided in our databases. If you have provided us with a postal address we may send you free copies of our printed products. We may occasionally send you policy updates and news about how to be included in our publications or send you information about events hosted by InterGame Events, which we believe are relevant to your business.

The data you supply may be used to help us segment our databases and to provide non-personally identifiable, readership profiles. We may share this composite information with current and potential advertisers and business partners to help them better understand our services. WHEN YOU START TO BUY A PRINT SUBCRIPTION

When you have purchased a print subscription your personal data is used to send you the products you have purchased. It is also used for our internal administrative purposes, and to help us to serve customers better. As a print subscriber you automatically receive our e-publications so please be sure also to also have read the section above. Your postal data is shared with a third party supplier only for the purposes of mailing. We will send you information on renewing your subscription before and after the expiry date. We may send you information about events hosted by InterGame Events, which we believe are likely to be of interest to you. To amend or remove your data from InterGame ’s systems please email [email protected]. If you have started but not completed the subscription process online we will contact you with reminders to alert you to the process not having been completed and may contact you regarding any issues including any problems processing payments. WHEN YOU ARE AN ADVERTISER

As an advertiser you automatically receive our free digital and, where applicable, print publications for the period of your campaign to help you to monitor the product(s) you have purchased so please be sure to also have read the two sections above as they could both apply to you. You can remove your personal details from our digital and print publication distribution lists by following the link in our emails or emailing [email protected]. We may at times offer you the opportunity to take part in events hosted by InterGame Events where we believe this is relevant to your business interests. If you change roles or companies we ask that you let us know. You can amend or ask to be removed from a company record at any time by emailing [email protected]. DIRECT MARKETING TO BUSINESS CONTACTS

InterGame may have contacted you with information on how our publications could help to promote your brand or about how a subscription could benefit you or free trials of our products. We only contact you if we think you might be interested in reading our free publications and finding out more about our products because, for example, you have passed us a business card. You can opt out of any communications by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email campaign sent or by letting our sales or editorial teams know you would rather not be contacted. We may tell you about events being hosted by InterGame Events when they are relevant to your business. We will use the data you provide to keep you updated on our events and to send you related marketing material. You can opt out of email marketing by unsubscribing from the InterFun events mailshot or by asking InterFun Events not to contact you by emailing [email protected]. The data you supply may be used to help us segment our databases and to provide non-personally identifiable, attendee profiles. We may share this composite information with current and potential advertisers and business partners to help them better understand our services. We may also analyse your engagement levels and digital journeys through our emarketing campaigns and website usage.

EDITORIAL OPPORTUNITIES

As a publisher InterGame collects and stores editorial information that could include personal information. Any press releases, articles, letters to the editor, blogs or similar requests sent into InterGame’s teams may be published in our digital and/or print publications and associated social media accounts. Press releases may be edited prior to publication. Publication of information, in part or full, is completely at the discretion of InterGame. InterGame may contact people who have passed InterGame their contact details because they are interested in being included in our publications. The details of each communication will be kept as long as needed for journalistic purposes and then securely deleted. We will also add contacts provided within editorial requests to our database and send you relevant free industry publications so you can track your coverage. WHEN YOU HAVE REGISTERED FOR OUR DIRECTORY

You can submit your company information online for publication in our Directory, which may be made public online and offline and be distributed in both print and digital format. The inclusion of details submitted for our Directory is entirely at the discretion of InterGame Ltd. As a Directory registrant you receive an automatic free subscription for our e-publications and may be contacted by our sales team to see if you are interested in upgrading your listing or our other products and events. WHEN YOU HAVE CONTACTED US

We have features where users can submit information to us by email or by contact forms. Requests for service, support or information may be forwarded as needed to best respond to a specific request. We may retain emails and other information sent to us for our internal administrative purposes and to help us to serve customers better. If you have contacted us because you are interested in being included in our publications, we will add your business contacts to our databases. We may also send you our free printed and digital publications so that you can become familiar with our publications and informatation on forthcoming events hosted by InterGame Events. Some of InterGame Ltd’s websites and social media sites may offer interactive and community features such as discussion boards, webcasts, blogs and user profiles. Note that all personal information sent or posted via such features becomes public information for which we are not responsible. WHEN YOU HAVE ENTERED SURVEYS, AWARDS OR CONTESTS

From time to time we invite users to provide information via surveys, awards or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether to disclose requested contact information (such as name and mailing address) and demographic information (such as postcode or job title). WHEN YOU HAVE POSTED A JOB OR CLASSIFIED ADVERT

InterGame publishes industry jobs. Any contact information you submit regarding a job or classified advert may be published online by InterGame. When you post a job or product you assure InterGame that you have full permission of the contact provided to publish their contact details. InterGameOnline will post jobs for a month on its live jobs web pages. Jobs or adverts published within digital editions of Coin-op Community will remain in the Coin-op Community archive.

Should you wish to be deleted entirely from all InterGame databases please email [email protected]. Your details will be removed unless InterGame Ltd is required to retain them to comply with any legal obligations.

We use appropriate technological and operational measures to protect our users’ personal information and to store it securely. Access to all of our users’ information is restricted. Only employees and suppliers who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. InterGame uses a third party service and agency to help maintain the security and performance of the InterGame group websites. To deliver this service it processes the IP addresses of visitors to the website.
