Job Description

The Project Support Manager will be responsible for providing support to a number of projects and work streams within the CO Integration Work-stream. The role will work for and under the direction of the CO Integration Director, collaborating closely with the Integration PMO team and other stakeholders.

A key part of the role is to oversee the rapid growth in Malta office taking headcount from 180 to c.400 employees and extending the current office space from a footprint of 1000m2 to 3400m2.

Responsibilities:

    Oversee progress against key Integration milestones
    Facilitate work stream meetings with CO Integration functional leaders.
    Responsible for the CO Integration Communications plan (weekly updates, monthly status reports etc.)
    Support the monthly Integration PMO reviews.
    Manage the key inputs and outputs for the Malta Recruitment Process
    Support the Malta MD with the co-ordination and deployment of key initiatives during this engagement period.

    Willing to roll sleeves up and muck in.
    Needs to be willing to travel on regular basis (Away once or twice a month as business needs dictate).
    Analytical and data driven.
    Proactive and able to cope with ambiguity and innovative in approach.

Essential Requirements:

    3+ years in project management, program management or process improvement.
    Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or analytical field.
    Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate across functional teams.

    Previous I-gaming sector experience would be advantageous.
