Project Support Manager (7 months)

Our client’s brand boasts an international multi-channel betting and gaming group. The brand is widely seen as one of the most distinctive consumer brands in Europe and famous for Innovation. Our client pioneered the betting exchange in 2000 – a product which altered the landscape of the sports betting industry.
Today, our client is a force to be reckoned with. They have a market-leading presence in the UK, Ireland, Australia and the USA, as well as a range of B2C and B2B operations across Europe.
The Project Support Manager will be responsible for providing support to a number of projects and work streams within the CO Integration Work-stream. The role will work for and under the direction of the CO Integration Director, collaborating closely with the Integration PMO team and other stakeholders.
A key part of the role is to oversee the rapid growth in Malta office taking headcount from 180 to c.400 employees and extending the current office space from a footprint of 1000m2 to 3400m2.
Oversee progress against key Integration milestones
Facilitate work stream meetings with CO Integration functional leaders.
Responsible for the CO Integration Communications plan (weekly updates, monthly status reports etc.)
Support the monthly Integration PMO reviews.
Manage the key inputs and outputs for the Malta Recruitment Process
Support the Malta MD with the co-ordination and deployment of key initiatives during this engagement period.
Flexible approach to working and the ability to adapt to new challenges and uncertainty.
Ability to communicate effectively to direct and motivate team and others, maintaining a persuasive and credible presentation style at all levels of the organisation.
Progressive, flexible and team oriented person.

Is able to get to the root cause and see where improvements can be made.
Ability to cope well under pressure and able to use own initiative.
Resilient and used to a fast paced environment.
Willing to roll sleeves up and muck in.
Needs to be willing to travel on regular basis (Away once or twice a month as business needs dictate).
Analytical and data driven.
Proactive and able to cope with ambiguity and innovative in approach.
3+ years in project management, program management or process improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or analytical field.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate across functional teams.
Previous I-gaming sector experience would be advantageous.
