Plunder Pirates, the hit Rovio Stars mobile game, is now also available for download on Android devices.
Plunder Pirates is a Rovio Stars title developed by Midoki, set on an animated 3D pirate island and was first released on iOS in September 2014.
Wilhelm Taht, head of external products from Rovio Entertainment, said: “We are very proud of the stunning 3D graphics and endless adventures we and the Midoki team have added to Plunder Pirates.
“We think it’s one of the best looking combat strategy games on mobile out there and hope users have as much fun plundering treasures and fighting pirates as we did adding features and content.”
Plunder Pirates offers players the chance to build, battle and plunder rival captains’ loot with a crew of battle-hardened pirates.
Players can choose to explore unchartered waters alone, or train up their own pirate crew and get even more rewards through competitive multiplayer battles.
