Greg Fermont, formerly of Sun City, has joined Bodog Asia as COO.
Fermont’s experience includes stints at Playtech, Asian Logic and most recently Sun City, and he brings gaming knowledge and years of regional experience to the new role.
Fermont (pictured) said: “It’s hard not to notice the Bodog brand in this industry but I started to really take an interest when they came to Asia.
“Bodog’s increasing penetration in Asia and its ability to react quickly to movements in the market made them a company I wanted to work with.”
Rob Gustafsson, managing director of Bodog Asia, added: “To have somebody of Greg’s calibre joining the team here is great news for the company.
“With nearly 1,000 employees here in Manila we were keen to expand our management structure and his vision coupled with regional experience will be a huge help in managing and expanding the growth we are currently seeing,” said Gustafsson.
