Bwin.party COO steps down

Joachim Baca, bwin.party’s chief operating officer, has stepped down from the group's board in order to meet UK Corporate Governance Code recommendations.

The recommendations regard the balance of independent and non-independent directors on the bwin.party board.

Baca remains part of the group’s senior management team and continues to report directly to Norbert Teufelberger, bwin.party’s chief executive officer.
