UK-based white label provider Living Sports picked up the Startup LaunchPad 2012 award at last week’s EiG conference in Barcelona.
Two years after entering the market with debut game Roulette Cricket, Living Sports’ win was fuelled by its latest title to market, Roulette Football. Both games allow in-play bets on major sporting events around the world.
Competing with four other finalists, Living Sports successfully pitched its ideas to a panel of experts, investors and high-level EiG delegates. Dave Tharp, founder and managing director, said Living Sports was delighted to have triumphed against some strong opposition.
“The process itself has been very rewarding and we look forward to building on our early successes and making long-term relationships with the people we’ve met at EiG,” he added.
