Aristocrat has announced its third US online casino development with a land-based operator.
The gaming supplier has teamed with MTR Gaming Group to create a free-play online casino solution for its Scioto Downs Casino and Racetrack in Columbus, Ohio, US.
Using nLive technology, the casino’s online casino will be linked to its land-based operation via Aristocrat's Oasis 360 system, the most widely installed system in North America.
Aristocrat, which recently announced an online poker agreement with Bally, has previously built free-play casino solutions with Maryland Live! Casino in Hanover, Maryland, and Island Resort and Casino in Harris, Michigan.
"After conducting extensive research of all of the available options, we chose Aristocrat's nLive technology because its open architecture will easily replicate our bricks-and-mortar facility," said Jeff Dahl, president and CEO of MTR Gaming Group. "A robust online presence is critical for the company's long-term business strategy."
