William Hill is reportedly in the early stages of discussions to buy mobile gaming company Probability.

It isn’t clear what price has been discussed but sources say the bookmaker could pay a significant premium for the company. Shares in Probability closed at 49p on Friday, valuing the business at £12.88m (US$20.19m).

William Hill is reportedly looking at a number of mobile phone gaming acquisitions. Earlier this year, it bought several land-based sports betting businesses in the US.
